Futures Market


Nifty April futures trade at premium
(16:30, 02 Apr 2026)
The Nifty 28 April 2026 futures closed at 22,773 a premium of 59.9 points compared with the Nifty's closing at 22,713.10 in the cash market.

In the cash market, the Nifty 50 index added 33.70 points or 0.15% to 22,713.10.

The NSE's India VIX, a gauge of the market's expectation of volatility over the near term, rose 2.03% to 25.52.

HDFC Bank, Dixon Technologies (India) and Infosys were the top-traded individual stock futures contracts in the F&O segment of the NSE.

The March 2026 F&O contracts will expire on 28 April 2026.
