Axis Bank allots 1.05 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 1,05,633 equity shares under ESOP on 04 September 2024. The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly increased from Rs. 6,18,44,87,484 (3,09,22,43,742 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 618,46,98,750 (309,23,49,375 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
