Board of Kajaria Ceramics approves investment of Rs 115 cr in Kajaria Plywood Back

The Board of Kajaria Ceramics at its meeting held on 28 December 2023 has approved the increase in the limits of investment by the Company in Kajaria Plywood (KPPL), a wholly-owned subsidiary company, from Rs. 80 crores to Rs. 115 crore, in one or more tranches, through subscription of equity shares of KPPL and/or granting of unsecured loan to KPPL, subject to compliance of applicable laws.
