Jammu and Kashmir Bank concludes QIP issue Back

Jammu and Kashmir Bank announced the closure of its QIP issue on 14 December 2023. The Bank will issue 6,97,02,602 fully paid up equity shares to qualified institutional buyers at issue price of Rs 107.60 per share (including a premium of Rs 107.60 to the face value of Re.1 per equity share), which is at a discount of 4.49% (i.e. Rs 5.06 per equity share), to the floor price of Rs 112.66 per equity share.
