The Board of Deepak Fertilizers & Petrochemicals Corp has appointed Deepak Rastogi as President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company w.e.f. 1 August 2023 in place of Amitabh Bhargava. Amitabh Bhargava has relinquished the office of CFO and has been appointed as President and Chief Strategy Officer of the Company with effect from 01 August 2023.
