The initial public offer of Steamhouse India Ltd IPO received bids for 8,31,09,215 units as against 3,76,36,363 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 19:29 IST on Thursday (10 September 2026). The issue was subscribed 2.21 times.
The issue opened for bidding on Wednesday, 9 September 2026 and it will close on Friday, 11 September 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 77 per share to 81 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 185 equity shares and in multiples thereof.
The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 353 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 61 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 414 crore.
*9 out of 10 individual traders in equity Futures and Options Segment, incurred net losses.
*On an average, loss makers registered net trading loss close to ₹ 50,000.
*Over and above the net trading losses incurred, loss makers expended an additional 28% of net trading losses as transaction costs.
