Initial public offering of up to 1,60,00,000* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Prostarm Info Systems Limited ("the Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 105/- per equity share (Including a Securities Premium of Rs. 95/- per Equity Share) ("Issue Price") Aggregating up to Rs. 168.00 crores ("the Issue").
