Initial public offer of up to 39,60,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Dachepalli Publishers Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 100-Rs. 102 per equity share, including a share premium of Rs. 90-Rs. 92 per equity share (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs. 39.6-Rs. 40.39 crores ("the Issue"), of which 1,99,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 100-Rs. 102 per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 1.99-Rs. 2.03 crores will be reserved for subscriptions by the market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e., issue of up to 37,60,800 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 100-Rs. 102/- per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 37.61-Rs. 38.36 crores is here in after referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.44% and 25.11% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. Price Band: Rs. 102 per equity share of face value Rs. 10/- each. The floor price is 10.2 times of the face value of the equity shares.
