Initial public offering of up to 13,72,800 equity shares of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Grill Splendour Services Limited ("GSSL" or the "Company") for cash at a price of Rs. 120 per equity share (the "Offer Price"), aggregating to Rs. 16.47 crores ("The Offer"). of the offer, 69,600 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 0.84 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The offer less the market maker reservation portion i.e. offer of 13,03,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each at an offer price of Rs. 120.00 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 15.64 crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Offer". The offer and the net offer will constitute 26.34% and 25.02%, respectively of the post offer paid up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10.00 each and the offer price of Rs. 120.00 is 12.00 times of the face value.
